By creating an account or using HireScope, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Use of the service
HireScope provides AI-powered job posting audits. You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and not to submit content that infringes third-party rights, contains malware, or is otherwise unlawful.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable use
You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying models or data behind HireScope, nor use the service to build a competing product.
6. Disclaimer
HireScope provides recommendations only. Hiring decisions, salary decisions, and compliance with employment law remain your responsibility.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireScope is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
